You will note that page two of our past babies is quite different from page one. As time passes with more and more wonderful babies finding home with such loving families we have found it nessary to make photo albums instead. Albums only allow us to place some much text information about a baby so if you would like to know who the parents are to a puppy please feel free to email us. I can not stress how happy and blessed we feel to had five wonderful years now of darling babies and wonderful families that they have went home with. Thank each and everyone of you who have made one of are babies apart of your life. You can click on any photo to see full size.
Thank you,
Mindy Sims

Every puppy born in our home is always loved. But no matter how hard I try from time to time there will be one who grabs my heart and hangs on tight. Jello was one of these babies. Born the runt, and trying to battle with his siblings for his meals caused him to become weak enough that "grandma" had to step in. He was tiny and frail and there where times I hardly slept at night due to waking up every few minutes to check him in his little bed next to our own bed. Our Vet could find nothing wrong with him other than just being very, very small. It was said chances where he may not make it. I refused to take that as a answer! Days grew into weeks and slowly our little boy filled out. By six weeks old we had this tiny thing running about on our floors looking like a little doodle bug lol. He was still so small that when he wanted Mike to hold him he would cry until Mike would place his hand down and Jello would step in it.! There was a few people that wanted him at that time but was not please with the fact I would not let him leave weight less than a pound and being so small.
At last Jello grew large enough we felt he was ready for a new home. He was 3 months old and had reached the size of a 6 week old puppy. The problem was MOST people do not want a 3 month old baby. Second problem was Jello had reached the age where he was shedding out his baby coat and did not look as cute as a 6 week old baby. I already had 3 boys and did not need to keep another, was anyone going to come along and love our little Jello the way we did?
On December 30, 2009 my prayers was answered. Scott and Brooks Richards walked in the door of my home to pick up their two new babies Chance and Hope. After spend well over a hour talking and having a wonderful time talking  with them I knew this was the right new parents for Jello. I ask them if they thought they would like to become his new parents and it took them no time to agree. Brooks and I both cried, me because they where taking a big part of my heart and her, I think it was because she knew how hard it was for me to let him go.
As much as I miss him I know he is living the life on his little ranch in Boerne, Texas. I say his because no one or nothing owns Jello, he owns it all. Brooks and Scott have been wonderful about keeping me posted on how him and the other babies are doing and sending photos. Now not only do they have 3 very loving babies but they also took home a large part of my heart as well. Thank you Brooks and Scott for having a heart big enough to love my special little boy and 2 other babies as well. And Jello...."watch it wiggle, see it jiggle, J E L L O" I will always sing to you in my heart.
